Mr. Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC. Prior to joining Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC and since 1997-98, Mr. Anderson has been a principal in Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, an investment partnership, and in Cedar Grove Investments, LLC, a private seed capital fund. In his role at Cedar Grove, Mr. Anderson has had substantial investment and Board experience with early/later stage companies in a variety of industries, including wireless and teleco, petroleum engineering, retail coffee and defense contracting. From 1986 until 1997, Mr. Anderson was employed by McCaw Cellular Communications and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., where he served in various legal and M&A-related positions, last serving as Senior Vice President of the Acquisitions and Development group. In that role, he was oversaw all McCaw’s M&A, focusing on rural and smaller metropolitan markets. Before his employment at McCaw, Mr. Anderson was engaged in private law practice in Seattle. Mr. Anderson is currently Chairman of the Board at Root Wireless and a director of Kratos Defense and Security, Inc., (NASDAQ: KTOS), mInfo Inc., Globys, Inc., Digital Scirocco, Inc. and Anvil Corporation.
Steven G. Hubbard
Mr. Hubbard is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining to Northeast Wireless, Steve worked as an investment banker in the Communications, Media & Entertainment group at RBC Capital Markets and in this capacity advised clients in connection with financing, M&A transactions and other strategic transactions. Before RBC Capital, Mr. Hubbard worked at AT&T and Bethlehem Steel. Mr. Hubbard is a graduate of Hobart College and Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
William St. Lawrence
Mr. St. Lawrence serves as the General Counsel of Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC. Prior to joining Northeast Wireless, Mr. St. Lawrence acted as Legal and Corporate/ Business Development Officer for a significant family office and a variety of venture backed companies. Mr. St. Lawrence began his legal career in the New York office of Heller Ehrman where he represented venture funds, venture-backed companies and investments banks, including Allen & Company, the NY-based media/communications-centric merchant bank in connection with M&A, IPOs/ public offerings, securities compliance, financings and general commercial matters. Mr. St. Lawrence is a graduate of Hobart College and the University of Maine School of Law.
Mr. Oster is the Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC. Prior to joining Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC, he was the Vice President of Technical Operations for LCW Wireless, a joint venture with Leap International, which operated CDMA networks in Washington State and Oregon. Before joining LCW Wireless, he was Director of New Market Deployment for Leap International. While at Leap, Mr. Oster also held the positions of RF Engineering Manager and Senior RF Engineer. Mr. Oster graduated from The Colorado College with a BA in Economics.
